Biography

French artist Caroline Beauzon grew up in an artistic environment, as her mother was a sculptor. She studied painting in Avignon and later took over her professor’s studio. She organises nude modelling in her studio. Over the last few years her work has become more introspective.

Among Caroline’s themes are chairs, which she is passionate about collecting, as well as the human body and objects that reflect the effects of time. She is fascinated with the architecture and geometry of both chairs and the human body, and how age treats both of these subjects.

Caroline Beauzon works near Carpentras, France, and exhibits regularly in the region: Parcours de l’Art (Avignon), Tarascon, L'Isle sur Sorgue, Villeneuve les Avignon, La Cave Sylla d’Apt, La Galerie du Coustellet.
