Biography
Born in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, Angel Gescheff graduated first from the Plovdid Theater School in 1981 then the Moscow National Academy of Fine Arts named V.I. Surikov in 1993. He worked for some years as a teacher in the "Moscow Studio" of the Russian Academy of Arts in Moscow and moved two years later to Beijing where he currently lives. Angel has created the A &Y studio, a printmaking space where artists are invited to participate in new art works. Angel Gescheff has taken part in numerous exhibitions.
